Conspiracy Just Stop Oil: A Massive Psyop to make Climate Activism look bad?

Just Stop Oil, a UK based climate activist group who's goal is to ruin everyone's day in order to bring awareness about global warming and climate change. Since their founding in 2022 they quickly became a household name but not for the right reasons which we will discuss below.

First off, how do they conduct their activism? Well, blocking roads so people can't get to work, including mothers with sick children:

Overall, they are a massive headache across the UK and very recently they have even ruined a Tekken tournament, which has left some on Twitter to ask: is this group really about climate activism or to make the practice to look as bad as possible so less people feel inclined to help against environmental destruction?



Because if so then the group is doing great and recruiting has never been easier! Find some middle class university students who have never known struggle in their life and want to feel important, get them to block a road or ruin something people love, and you're set in making people hate the art of environmentalism more and more before eventually people just let Big Oil do what they want in case, God Forbid, they get compared to Just Stop Oil.

Fascinating stuff, it just makes sense if that's the case, and yeah the stigma against nuclear energy definitely seems driven by them, you've seen it in Germany where they have got rid of most of their nuclear powerpoints because "muh environment" and now Germany has to tear up their countryside for coal to make energy demands met.

Imo, climate change is real but not as catastrophic as we're lead to believe -- you can't tell me the industrial revolution and entrance into the Anthropocene epoch didn't have some sort of impact on the environment but if it was serious then one would think the brightest minds humanity has to offer would be looking at real solutions... Instead, climate change is just used as an excuse to raise prices and taxes, which in itself says everything you need to know about the urgency of this issue... Also, don't even get me started on how China, India and every Third-World shithole country are all just as responsible for pollution as the west is but you don't see them receiving sanctions, penalties or speeches from some alcoholic celebrity foreigner's failed abortion.

I'm all for keeping our cities, beaches, roads etc clean and free from trash and litter. Keeping the air breathable, all that stuff. But IMO that's a different, much less wide reaching and less existential problem than what's commonly presented as "climate change" by the media.

Also just because the climate has changed, doesn't necessarily mean it's a problem we need to solve. Or a problem at all for that matter. Way too much time is spent discussing how to stop the climate from changing, and not whether or not we even need to.

The best part is that even if we became the idealic vegan, pedestrian, green, property-free society progressives are pushing for, it would make no difference because the east has a larger, more rapidly growing population. Not only that, but these cultures see no value in environmental preservation so they're going to continue burning trash and coal, shitting in every source of fresh running water and trashing the landscape with impunity.

Its a shame this is true because I care deeply about nature but none of the movements who claim to be for people who share the same sentiment are sincere. It makes everyone who actually cares look bad.
