Our bodies work hydraulically, creatine's main effect is increasing the water retention in our muscles, which in turn allows the necessary nutrients for recovery and energy to flow in. It does show to have a measurable affect on physical performance. I do agree that getting most of our nutrients through actual food is a much healthier and probably much more effective, but slamming 10 egg yolks 7 days a week is not only unreasonable but also insanely expensive. There is the fact that through the selective breeding and artificial selection processes, humans have ended up developing food with a lower density of nutrition to quantity ratio, which could lead to the argument about how humanity's vitality has been slowly decreasing over the past few centuries. Supplements in turn are meant to replace the lost nutritional value, I don't like this idea either, I'd much rather have a return to de-industrialized farming, but with such a huge population on earth that doesn't seem likely.
Drink water and eat raw egg yolks son. Don't argue until you've done it. Report back in 2 weeks. If you're a beta male put 10 raw egg yolks on some rice and heat it up in your normiewave machine. Or be a man, and heat up your eggs in the sun and drinkem. Choice is yours.
