For vitamin C I'd recommend PRZ, it'll get you're Iron up as well as your Vitamin A and C.
It'll also slightly improve your Sodium and Potassium intake.

For Zinc there's ZMB which will improve your Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and D as well as Pantothenic acid
