5g creatine
magnesium, zinc, vitamin D (i'm not really good at taking these consistently)
I try to avoid taking protein shakes by just eating a fuck ton, but I don't often have a whole lot of spare time to cook.
I thought that was disproven tho (or lacked studies)>creatine

yeah, it's not a forever solution, and I don't expect to use on it post this calendar yearadderal is terrible for your brain. literally eats it and makes you dumb asf. its trendy and edgy for college kids tho...
and yah, creatine is also trash for your body, doesn't help you build muscle it just puts water molecules in your muscles, absolutely terrible. you wanna get thick eat raw egg yolks like a real man. when im in full workout mode i eat 10-12 raw yolks a morning. it also cured my crohns disease.
how to be real man
1) dont take pills or powder
2) get chickens
3) eat raw egg yolks
yeah, it's not a forever solution, and I don't expect to use on it post this calendar year
it's only a gimmick to cheat my way out of this current pit I'm in
So I did some research as yeah I was spooked about the whole creatine and hair loss thing, especially since I use it for gym, but for the most part it seems safe and the only people who do experience the adverse side effects are those with strong genetics for male pattern baldness anyways. DHT levels increase during exercise also I must add and creatine is prevalent in loads of meat products that it's not like it's some rare compound that won't enter your body anyways. In conclusion it seems safe and many studies seem to back this anyways

Before we dive further in this non-sense, here's how creatine works so everyone can understand how little it can have with hair :
Creatine reacts to the phosphate contained in cells called mitochondria to create phosphocreatine.
That phosphocreatine is then stored into the muscles tissues to later be "used" (synthesized) to provide energy to the muscle (by turning into ADP and ATP).
Very vulgarly : ATP is consumed for energy while ADP is used to transfer and provide energy to cells.
Creatine also has an effect on DHT.
Creatine is safe for use under normal usage (5g/day). Researches have shown that usage of creatine for up to 18 months has no side-effects.
Creatine is indeed found in meat and fish but we also create it in our body (pancreas, liver, kidney) but only in small quantity (body produces, on average, 1g-2g/day).
The general researches, even up until now, has not proven any negative health effects for the general population. Only people with already established diagnosis and/or genetical patterns showed effects which cannot be directly and correctly linked to creatine supplementing.
Finally, if you have concerns about supplements and/or have a strong opinion regarding a medical product you should probably read legitimate researches (and take doctors advices with a pinch of doubt).
I am a thoroughbred slavic man, I have been balding since I was 17, I've already embraced it. Besides creatine will only speed up balding through the increase in DHT, if your genetics don't contain the traits for onset male pattern baldness, you won't get bald.>creatine

Our bodies work hydraulically, creatine's main effect is increasing the water retention in our muscles, which in turn allows the necessary nutrients for recovery and energy to flow in. It does show to have a measurable affect on physical performance. I do agree that getting most of our nutrients through actual food is a much healthier and probably much more effective, but slamming 10 egg yolks 7 days a week is not only unreasonable but also insanely expensive. There is the fact that through the selective breeding and artificial selection processes, humans have ended up developing food with a lower density of nutrition to quantity ratio, which could lead to the argument about how humanity's vitality has been slowly decreasing over the past few centuries. Supplements in turn are meant to replace the lost nutritional value, I don't like this idea either, I'd much rather have a return to de-industrialized farming, but with such a huge population on earth that doesn't seem likely. And don't get chemical powder creatine confused with raw natural creatine. 10 raw egg yolks has roughly 5 grams of natural creatine, that does not cause side effects or give you weak floppy water muscles.

A bit of muscle is good though for leanness, girls have told me they find it cute so you need a good equilibrium between the two I suppose. Bulkmaxxing is based anyways, fuck what women think LETS GET BIG DAMMITmusclemaxxing is a cope anyway , women tend to like leanness and aesthetics not necessarily bulk . If you're gonna nuke your body for something do it for your autism rather than women.
