Conspiracy Weird website (possibly cult / religious)

I was looking through old chat with my fren and I found a link to a weird website. I remember that It was suggested to me by an AI chatbot while I had a discussion with it about strange places on the internet. Link looks like a fake, but it actually works.

I'm sure there are dozens of videos online that explain everything there, but I would like to not spoil the (slightly disturbing) fun.
Any guesses / ideas what's this place all about ?
