If you want to get deep into the whole idea of real vampires, Bran Stoker is believed to have taken their inspiration for the vampire from the anti-semitic rumor known as blood libel, which is the belief Jewish people in Europe during the Middle Ages were kidnapping children for their blood to be used in ritual practices.

The most infamous case of blood libel supposedly happening is that of Simon of Trent, a young boy who is said to have been killed by the city's Jewish community at the time for his blood.

It wasn't only the Jewish community who were accused of blood libel however, for its said Pope Innocent VIII bled out three young men to drink their blood and rejuvenate his health. You also have the Aztecs who were well-known for sacrificing individuals who they would then eat; mainly their body parts but would also drink their blood as they lay screaming.

All this wasn't simply ritual but an addiction to a drug called Andrenochrome. Andrenochrome is essentially blood enriched with adrenaline which is said to be especially potent when someone is scared and is in larger concentrations when extracted from a child (making sense now when you hear those stories of elites kidnapping children and sacrificing them?) This drug, which is very much real and has been referenced in Clockwork Orange and Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, has been coveted by mankind for centuries; moreover, tieing this back to vampires, its said to make those who consume it youthful again, very akin to vampires who need blood to maintain their Immortality.

It's very much real and the adrenaline in epipens (epinephrine) is synthesised from andrenochrome so makes you wonder why they don't just use that? I guess pure fresh adrenaline is more of a culinary preference for these pedophile elites who must also get a kick out of the ritualistic side of things of this practice, they are a Satanic lot after all.

So in summary, vampires do exist but not in the way you think. It's all about a drug which throughout history has been the opium of the most powerful, wealthy, and corrupt.

You see there are people who posess certain paranormal abillities, who have that certain je ne sais quoi to them. These people have very pale complexion and most often do not come out in the sun. The sun actually makes their skin itch and burn up into hives. They alternate very suddenly between hypersocial and antisocial. At day, they are sluggish but during the night their true self awakens. I tried reading the bible the other day and touching the cover started burning my hand, it has affected my very soul, I am beginning to feel the changes. I know it is probably too late for me but I want to know more about my condition.

No thanks, I've never felt better than I feel being a vampire. The bible frobids everything that I am and ever will be, I think vampirism is just an extreme manifestation of that sentiment trough the physical effects of complex memetical structures. But thanks for the help, its appreciated.
