For me picking up writing styles is extremely easy, I can read a book , watch a movie , or watch a video and ill be able to pick up on the demeanor and writing style of the author extremely effectively. But ive noticed writing original work narratively has fundamentally changed how I tackle certain topics . Recently I was trying to write a response to one of @Lord_hierophantūs posts but I noticed that I was unable to get my point across in an effective manner in my head. In fact I spent about 20 minutes writing out a response for it only to be garbage , its not that the idea was foreign or I had misunderstood it but I think the way I approach and discover ideas has been fundamentally changed based on my writing style as a fiction author . Instead of taking a more straightforward and logically approach to writing I make a more emotional and persuasive approach to writing.

but in tldr : if my posts sound like more shitspeak than they have before blame my fiction writing

Getting the hang of your personal prose takes some time and effort. Communication is a skill, and just like any other skill, takes experience to develop. I'm no professional writer either but I've managed to accumulate plenty of hours laboring over essays. You know the saying "brevity is the soul of wit," probably the best advice I have been, and can be given. And don't feel distraught at spending a load of time trying to write, as projects should go through a series of drafts before satisfaction. Actually the thread I made about a week ago now took me from conception to finalization over 2 hours of simplification and rewrites, and it was really only three paragraphs. But translating the machinations in our heads onto the limited art of the English language is a difficulty in it of itself, so don't feel discouraged at this frustration, embrace it as a challenge and keep at it.
