Forum Update Can anyone see the IRC Chat?

I've got reports that the IRC chat isn't working for some people and it's one of the things I want to fix before we go more public. Tell me if it's showing up for you lads and if not I'll try fixing it up.

Chatrooms should be accessible and useable for all now. Autojoin apparently don't work when you're already a user so be sure to join the chatrooms manually when you can.
