I started to watch some videos about sumo on youtube and I became fascinated about the sport.
While they are pretty big and kind fat they are pretty agile and flexible,. Their work out routine is pretty intense. I am actually start doing some sumo leg lifts and my leg start feel much more strong and flexible.
They are also pretty respectful towards their opponent, while some other martial arts like boxe or... argh.... MMA :sick: allow fighters to trash talk their opponent, sumo fighters are obligate to show respect towards each others, to be very stoic and reserved in the ring.
