Question How would you go about stealing someone's online identity for profit ?

I have a stupid idea and I want to hear what y'all think about it .
Imagine a scenario where you can go back in time to undercut someone's online career. Waste such a golden chance just to get back in time and start upload someone's content before he does. To live off someone's work for few years and slurp that sweet adsense revenue.
I will assume that you're smart enough to backup all youtube videos / social media posts / patreon content beforehand and take it with you.

Which channel would you undercut ?
How much earlier would you start to upload, how would you go about those uploads ?

Personally I think that I would go with one of those "education channels" that have little to none community around them. Something like Half as Interesting . Dead channel would be perfect for it. Run this for 2-3 years, get some comfy change from adsense and just go out without any noise. But I can't quickly find such example.
As for how much earlier - I think about starting a channel 6 months earlier and slowly bring the upload schedule back to one in our timeline. Ideally I would want to be on the "our timeline" schedule in late 2019. So all covid-19 videos and jokes about it in videos from 2020-2021 won't seem out of place.

i would impersonate some big famous minecraft youtuber from back in the day, continue the content and making money until i suddenly stop uploading and im never seen nor heard from again

then until around post 2020 (probably 2023 or 2024 tbh) i come back to reveal that i quit minecraft/youtube to fight ISIS and became a war lord and now am making a return to the kingdom of minecraft, and in a side channel i would start doing gear/gun reviews.
