Ok lads, time to settle this: is Elon Musk based or cringe? He's quite a polarising figure for a lot of people so I want to settle this once and for all.

A summary of some the pros and cons about him I can think of on top of my head:

Pros:

• Bought out Twitter making every libshit seethe
• Was skeptical of covid
• Has given ad money to those with big twitter pages and offered to pay legal fees for those who lost jobs over twitter
• Don't take pronouns and what not seriously
• Called Justin Treadeu Hitler lmao
• Is actually concerned with the collapse in birth rates compared to other billionaires
• Helped the crypto run while it lasted
• Has loads of kids which is pretty Chad
• Encouraged the Gamestop short squeeze which made stockbrokers shit the bed
• Mad lad as of recent is trying to take on the ADL
• Is actually concerned about AI

Cons

• His obsession with X is annoying and gave Twitter the world's worse rebrand ever which could kill it (which is a positive for some)
• Promotes electric cars, nuff said
• Buys too much into climate change
• Believes in cringe space travel rubbish and made SpaceX
• Was Reddit's le wholesome billionaire until the Twitter buyout
• Wants to control brains through Neuralink
• Voted for Hilary lmao
• Effectively lied about making Twitter more free speech based
• Ain't the best boss to his workers

Elon is just a normie who's noticed. The thing that makes him special is that he's one of the richest and most influential people in the world right now. I don't care about him being based or cringe, but having someone like him fight against the status quo on at least some things is great to see.
