Does melatonin give you some crazy ass dreams?
So, at a baseline I don't really dream all that often, or at least don't "remember" them as often. Melatonin does seem to increase the likelihood that I will experience/remember dreams in a given night which is nice. I have some family members who've mentioned that it does give them nightmares/wild dreams though.

I use melatonin for sleep too. I also sometimes take protein drinks/bars for breakfast out of convenience/time issues.
I used to take it as a kid but then my sleep levels adjusted and I sleep fine now. Used to do the job great when I did use them tho.

CoQ10 - Focus, overall health
Daily Vitamin - Overall health
Ashwagandha - Mood, energy
Green Tea Extract - Metabolism, energy
Vitamins B6, B12 - Mood
Probiotic - Gut (Depression starts in the gut)
Fiber - Gut
Valerian, Melatonin - Sleep

I have bipolar 2 -- I don't get manic (the crazy kind you want to avoid at all costs is Bipolar 1) I just go from baseline/normal to crippling depression for long periods of time which primarily just effects my energy levels, hence all the energy supplements. I think this stack is the combo that works best for me. I recommend it for people with depression, especially the Ashwagandha.

I did some researchs and I found out that the vitamin k2 acts as a good anti-aging and vitamins such as iron and zinc are good for hair. @ThirdyAughtSix you may want to start taking this vitamins to became a mogging machine like clayton chapman.

Vitamin E helps a lot. Don't take it in supplement form, though, apply it directly to the damaged skin and its more effective https://a.co/d/095KjYf This definitely helped unfuck my face.
