I believe that any state which is not currently implementing a eugenics program is putting themselves at a competitive and geopolitical disadvantage. There is every benefit to relentlessly improving the genetic stock of one’s citizens, states which will carry out a program to considerable success would be well-positioned towards the latter half of the 21st century and the decades past it.
