"Maybe we can close our eyes and pretend?" Jack smiled to himself as he watched the night roll by, oblivious to Jane biting her lip in serious contemplation. His grin runs away when he notices the car suddenly slowing down and Jane pulls over on the side of a dark backroad. "What are you doing?" Jack asked as Jane tied up her sunflower seed hair into a hasty ponytail.​

"We're gonna close our eyes and pretend." Jane answered with an anxious resoluteness.​
