Nope, I lied there is a lore.
far future where skynet shit happens and humans loose and an ai made by human took over all of the robots after they all died and gave them emotions, morals, needs, cultures, etc.
This guy is just a regular bot who is illegally carrying a rouge experimental battle police bot's consciousness (split personality/schizo basically)
