Yes, it's that time again, where the "free" world will once again choose its next leader and the whole world watches in fear and awe at whatever the result may be. 2020 was an interesting election, I"ll say that, and I have no idea how Biden even got in with them booting out Bernie and Biden barely being concious and all, but this year Trump is coming back swinging and I reckon he has a good chance and all, especially after those failed assasinations which have seemed to bolster his popularity even more. If not Trump winning however then the US will have its first female president which is big news in itself, they have had mixed race guy but not a woman before in charge so that'll be new.

Honestly I haven't felt excited about a candidate since Obama, but at the time I was still learning about politics as a teen. These elections really aren't in our favor almost ever. Them brushing Bernie aside proved to me that the Democrats on the ground really have no power and the Dems in office are only that by name. There's a million different reasons why Kamala didn't get the votes and even from the hasty swap she still had so much money and endorsements. I tried to stay away from even paying attention to the whole election but I felt no sincerity from her nor did I ever hear any real answers. Then the whole Gaza situation that she wouldn't even acknowledged. These people are not our people. I much rather operate outside of the government as much as possible at this point. BTW if you attack me for being centrist then go kick rocks. You can't claim to be empathetic if you only wants a candidate that serves your needs/wants.
